How do I place my order?

1. Browse through our wide catalog of products until you find something you like and click on the Add to Cart (you are eligible to add multiple products on your cart).

2. In the cart, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.

3. Once the shopping cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

I tried placing my order using Debit card/Credit card/Net banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?

1. Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.

How should I check the status of my order?

If you have an account on PrintsMan, head over to My Orders and click on View to track the product.

Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email and sms. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via sms. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.

How will I get confirmation that my order has been placed successfully?

We’ll send an email and a SMS with your order information to confirm and another email and SMS when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified,unless it’s a COD. Sit back, relax and wait for your awesome designs to arrive.


Are there any COD charges?

You will be levied a COD charge of Rs.50 for order value below Rs. 599. All orders above Rs. 599 will be eligible for free COD Shipping

Is it safe to shop online if I make a payment using netbanking, credit/debit card or mobile wallets?

All Credit Card, Debit Card, mobile wallets and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Your details would be safe 🙂

Are there any hidden charges?

No, there are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount you see in your order checkout summary.

Why am I not getting COD option on my checkout page?

It means cash on delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code or we have temporarily shut it down due to technical reasons. But you can always opt for NetBanking or mobile wallet or Credit/Debit Card.

How do I cancel my order?

1. You can raise cancellation request for items or orders by visiting the My Orders section.

2. After submitting the cancellation request has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.

3.However, If the order is already shipped, we would not be able to cancel it. 

When will my product arrive?

Delivery date is dependent on the product and delivery pincode. We deliver in 1-3 business days in metro cities and 2-5 business days elsewhere in India. So, all you need to do is sit back after you order and leave the rest on us!
